● “Buyer”- The person who buys goods from the seller.

● “Goods” - The products available and offered by the seller for purchase.

● The seller reserves complete rights to modify the pricing and description of goods in the website catalog.

● Any damage to the goods or direct loss suffered by the buyer is noway under the responsibility of the seller once they are sold and moved out from the store.

● None of the plants in the store are subject to warranty terms.

● In case of the delivery of defective products, the seller has to be informed with the support of images in not more than 72 hours of delivery to avail the necessary refund or product replacement.
